Ice Cream Foodie

Hi there! My name is Shay and I have a deep deep passion for, take one guess...ice cream! Those born in my family are a rare breed, for the myth is that we were born with a second stomach specifically for ice cream. Or another theory is somehow the creaminess of the cuisine is known to fill in the cracks and crevices in our tummies to complete the perfect meal. Either way, ice cream is life to me and I am a huge critic about it. In other news, my family and I love all genres of food; you could call us a Foodie Family for sure. We literally plan our vacations around the food we want to consume, so we can try everything and taste every food out there imaginable. In addition, our family has been known to create a few recipes of our own.

I am the mother of 4, the second oldest of 10 crazy siblings, and wife to the greatest man on earth. I'm a born and raised Utahn with a wandering heart. I love my roots but equally love discovering new places. I currently reside in Utah County, Ut.
